Technology Fair

Please let me know if your child is planning on entering the Technology Fair.  The fair takes place in February at Pitner Elementary.  Registration instructions can be found on the Chalker web site under contest.

Our LEGO mission table is built and ready to use.  Mr. and Mrs. Husband took on this project.  They not only built the table, but also delivered it to Chalker.  I really appreciate their help!!!

Robotics News

We are continuing to work on the Robotics unit.  5th graders have started programming and 4th graders will begin soon.  Both grades are working on fine tuning their research presentations.  They will present to their Target class the week of Dec. 4 and then they will present to their grade level the next week. 

We are all looking forward to the Fort Discovery field trip.  A letter will be sent home next week with some additional information about the trip.
