We are excited to announce that our school is hosting participating in the Boosterthon Fun Run--a 9-day fundraising event that incorporates fitness, leadership and character.
With your help, we believe this event can yield profits of $25K or more toward our annual goal of $50K. These funds are needed to preserve our STEM specials program and restore the teaching position to full-time so our students can rotate through STEM year round.
Our short term goal is to identify business sponsors that can help us cover the cost of the shirts that will be given to every student to wear on the day of the event. If you can help or know someone who can, please secure commitments by October 6. Advertising opportunities range from $100-$750. See attached.

We are excited to announce that Chalker Elementary School Foundation will hold its First Annual Silent Auction on March 17, 2016 in conjunction with STEM night. 100% of the money raised will go directly to our children to help bridge the gap left behind from budget restrictions related to the STEM program.
There are several ways in which you can help. We are in need of monetary donations, gift certificates, park passes and other various items for auction. All donations are greatly appreciated. Please see the attached donation form if you are interested or click on the below link to make a monetary donation online. Just indicate "silent auction" in the student designation field.

The Board of Directors is a combination of volunteer parents, community members, Mrs. Arduino and Ms. Bishop along with a teacher representative. Our initial goal is to raise enough money to ensure that we can continue the STEM Science Lab here at Chalker. Below is a listing of the Executive Board:
