We are back to learning and the Winter holidays seem far behind. I hope each of you enjoyed the holidays and spent precious time with your families.
MANY THANKS to all of you for all the wonderful gifts and cards full of encouraging words. If I forgot to personally thank anyone, please forgive me. It is a "fight to the finish" each year at the holidays to finish up our celebrations at school and get home to my family where I am wife, mother, daughter and sister. I appreciate you remembering me with your gifts and cards!
IMPORTANT:
Please remember that next week is conference week (Tues, Weds., Thurs., Fri., and the following Mon.). STUDENTS WILL BE DISMISSED EACH DAY AT 12:20. If there are any transportation changes, please remember to send me a note. Our lunch time will be from 10:00 - 10:30.
Regarding your conference: Please make all attempts to be on time. Conferences have been reduced to once a year and it is only 20 minutes. This is not much time to discuss a child who is important to both of us. If by any chance you cannot make your appointed time, please let me know as soon as possible so that I can use my time wisely and not be worried about you! If you have any questions, please feel free to write them down beforehand in preparation for our conference.
DONATIONS NEEDED:
Lysol Wipes (we have exhausted the last six-pack I bought and illness is picking up!), DESPERATELY in need of glue sticks, paper towels, liquid hand soap and antibacterial lotion.
